Have had this for 5 months. When first installed we had a bad storm that knocked out the internet. Called at 11 pm, got a real person. It was fixed super fast the next morning. Works perfectly ever since! So glad I switched!!

Service was requested late June with installation scheduled for second week of July. The drop line and outside connection box was installed 5 days after calling. Installation went smoothly with the technician accommodating my requests to install the modem/router/wifi in the basement. Perfect service with battery backup.

They were all very patient in helping older people with their TV and internet. Very respectful.
