Excellent fiber internet company
Excellent internet provider experience with their fiber optic internet service. I could not be more happier. Tired of the old internet companies and this company cares about their customers. Thanks, GorgeNet
Slow and unreliable
We have had a very poor experience with Gorge Networks. We have been customers for 4 years. Their service people have come many times to our home trying to get a reliable signal. It is still unreliable. They will only respond on certain days to Cascade Locks. If your service is failing, you will need to wait until that one day a week to get help. The download speeds are very slow and upload speeds are pretty much nil. I have tried to be patient and rarely write poor reviews but I have no choice. There is no way I would recommend Gorge Networks to anyone.
Thank you for the feedback Neil. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty to Gorge Networks and your business. We knew something had to improve in Cascade Locks, so we got to work building fiber infrastructure and updating the city cable plant that we took over and are now able to offer up to 100 Mbps throughout the city of Cascade Locks. I saw you took advantage of this new option and upgraded your service earlier this year, after you left this review. We hope the new service is working to your satisfaction. If ever you experience any issues please feel free to give us a call and let us know, so that we can correct the problem right away. Gorge Networks Regular office hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM -5PM, but you can call us until 7PM, at (541) 386 -8300 Ext 300. Weekend support is available Saturday and Sunday 9AM-6PM at the same number. The best around
