Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Hendersonville

Great service

Great service at a reasonable price.

Good Value - Not Reliable

AT&T has the best pricing. If you are not a heavy internet user, they might be your best bet. If you are reliant on consistent service and speed, I would look elsewhere. We have gone through 3 modems in the past 2 years, with waits up to 3 weeks for replacements when they eventually go bad again. I work from home often and can't depend on AT&T speed or connectivity. Customer service is disappointing. Long on-hold times. Routine, scripted diagnostics. Same problems and poor results over and over.

Good Service, Few Issues

I've had Morris BB for a year and have had no issues. Speed and reliability have been fine at a fair price. I am not a gamer so I can't vouch for that, but I'm on the computer daily. I also like that they are a local company and I can drive down there in 10 minutes if I want to, and speak to a real person!

Very good speed and service overall

I don’t understand the negative reviews. We get consistently excellent speeds, often higher than the 100Mbps we pay for. Outages are infrequent. It is expensive but their internet service is worth it IMO.
