Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Wisconsin Rapids

Solarus Rocks!

I have Solarus Internet and it is awesome. The Internet is way better than when I had Charter. I can get wifi all throughout my house and it is always fast. Love it!

Solarus Review for Wisconsin Rapids

Internet is quite good. Usually stable at the speed we pay for. Every few months the service may be very hit and miss but fixes itself in a few days. Hit and miss meaning that whatever you were watching on Youtube or Netflix will start to have to buffer very often. TV service is okay. Lots of channels that you'll never watch, box it comes with is slow but has DVR functions. Technicians will service your house usually next day or same day if you have a problem but will get charged if nothing is found. Online support responds within a few hours through email and call support is available 24/7, so that's a plus. Overall, I feel like a cable+internet package is too high, but I would rather have Solarus than others.
