Three cheers for Open Broadband technician. He did something that no one from Open Broadband has been able to accomplish since we signed up for the service. We are now at long last very satisfied with our OBB Internet Service! He moved our receiver to a much better location on our property. With the exception of the extended service outage in December, our internet has been running smoothly supporting our devices for at least 3 billing cycles now. Thanks, Open Broadband!
