We've had Aeneas fiber for over a year, the highest package (1Gbps). I'm very happy with my service. I've had almost no downtime. Our previous ISP was a nightmare. We could not even get over 3mbps and got around 2 on a good day. With Aeneas, our ethernet has always had a consistent 900-940mbps, and wifi has always been around 100-700. A few months after installation, it had rained really bad on and off for several days, and our internet began to start dropping out. Naturally, we called Aeneas, and they had already closed, unfortunately...but then, we got a call back saying a technician was on their way. It turns out, that a seal was not properly installed on our fibers junction box, and our internet was back up in less than 20 minutes. Amazing customer service. For anyone reading this and thinking about Aeneas, please keep in mind that you will never get your full speed -- regardless of your internet provider -- on wifi. For basic home use, I'm sure the 250 packages would do you just fine.
