Weather Kills Service

David on April 06, 2020

Very happy with the cost, install, and service was prompt but when the weather got bad and so did my service. Trying to work from home is getting difficult because when it starts to rain, the internet literally completely dies. No service at all. Very frustrating as on top of all the needs for 4 adults to try and work from home because of COVID. We are cord cutters as well and the delay and lag are very frustrating. My old service was on 35 Mbps download and 5 uploads. That was adequate. Mine now is 80/80 up and download and it's not working.
