Overpriced, mediocre-speed Internet service. But what can anyone expect when they had no competition? Now that's changing -- unlimited G4 and G5 data service is now available at half the cost of what we were forced to pay using DTC. Thank God we aren't stuck to using DTC any longer!

The customer service has always been excellent. They are extremely responsive and outages have been few and far between. The technology leaves much to be desired, however these are the challenges faced when you live in rural areas. No other options available. No competition to drive innovation.
