East Coast WiFi offers residential and business internet services. Its network utilizes fixed wireless technology that can offer speeds up to 1 Gbps if your home is in direct line of sight from the East Coast WiFi antenna. Its business internet plans come with a dynamic IP address, corporate VPN, remote desktop, remote data backup, VoIP services, and real-time monitoring of latency, node status, and traffic. East Coast WiFi’s mission is to meet the need for high speed internet in areas where cable, fiber, or DSL solutions aren’t available.
East Coast WiFi services the Eastern Shore of Maryland and southern Delaware, where internet providers are scarce. Its fixed wireless network has provided critical connections for broadcasters, law firms, and state and federal agencies. It also gives back to rural communities by offering discounts and financial assistance for qualifying customers, like its density Wi-Fi service available exclusively to families whose school-age children qualify for the free/reduced lunch program in Kent County. East Coast WiFi also provides some custom fiber-internet services through its partnership with the Maryland Broadband Cooperative.

Can't be beat
I live out in the middle of nowhere and get great service from them. I understand that unless you live where fiber is, you don't get to be picky. I'm surrounded by farms and fields and this is the best service I've had out here. I am able to operate work from home which involved remote desktop as well as VOIP, which as you know requires near perfect ping and packet transfers to work. Have only had a few problems, and that was due to COVID-19 issues, which both my boss and my customers perfectly understood. The one time I had to submit a ticket after hours, I was promptly called back the next day by Jeremy and he was very helpful in double checking to make sure the issue was overuse related and not something lingering on my end. Setting up auto payment and paying your bill online is very easy. I am able to do my work at home, stream movies and even online game all at the same time. Thanks!

They have no competition
So I actually moved to the Chestertown area with the intent of starting an internet company that would compete with Delmarva WiFi, however, I quickly realized that there was no way that I could ever touch the service that Delmarva WiFi provides! From your first phone call to the installation to the service itself, there's no one that does it better. Great service
I had Verizon DSL and was barely getting 2 Mbps. I switched to Delmarva WiFi and I am now getting 50x50 Mbps at my business in Chestertown. Best upload speeds in the area. Great local company, love the service and support.
