About Our GTI Speed Test Tool

Whether GTI is your internet provider or you use a different provider, the speed test below can show key statistics about your internet connection.

Use our speed test to determine the quality of your broadband service whether you use GTI or another provider. The modules above will return statistics for download speed and upload performance. Download and upload throughput are the primary indicators of Internet connection performance. As of January 2022, GTI’s average download rate is 7.5 Mbps. Throughout their coverage area, the average latency on GTI Internet speed tests is -1ms. In context, wired terrestrial Internet connections usually perform in the 5–70ms range. Satellite Internet broadband connections are often as high as 500–800ms.
