About Our GTT Communications Speed Test Tool
Whether GTT Communications is your internet provider or you use a different provider, the speed test below can show key statistics about your internet connection.
This speed test will assess the capability of your Internet connection whether you use GTT or another provider. The modules above will display results for download speed and upload speed. Download and upload throughput are the main signs of broadband internet robustness. As of January 2022, GTT’s national average download speed is 14.38 Mbps. Across their coverage footprint, the average latency on GTT Internet speed tests is -1ms. For context, terrestrial Internet connections generally perform in the 5–70ms range. Satellite Internet broadband connections, on the other hand, are often closer to 500–800ms.
