I've been a customer for 6 months. I like the fast, reliable tower internet service that GVT provides. They do NOT offer any kind of online account access. I've been told they've been 'looking' for proper security service for the past 6 months. How long will it really take? Once I get account access, without having to make a voice call, my rating will increase to 5.
