NetWest Online

I got service on June 27, the first outage on June 28 then nearly every day since service will go out, 6 times in 8 days. The first time they said it was power issues, all outages since they won't even respond( all outages are after business hours) now July 4th, and no service again. No answer to calls or emails.

New 6gig service is amazing for this area. Best internet we ever had here. Good people. Good business.

NetWest is a line of sight wireless service. Installation was quick, but a poor job. Had their dish installed on my roof. The technician stapled the coaxial cable down the wall in front of my house with absolutely no attempt to hide it by running it down the corner or along a window. Just ran it down the wall. Promises up to 11 Mbps download. Keywords - up to. I'm lucky if I get 1 Mbps, it's usually around 0.75 Mbps. It can tend to choke in the evening when people get home from work. Would love to find another provider out here in Gardendale, TX. Service can sometimes go down without notice - usually on a weekend. No adjustment to billing. When my modem crapped out I was overjoyed knowing I would receive a new modem that would hopefully get a better download speed. I was without service for three days before they came out and replaced the modem. There was no improvement in speed. Trying to stream a movie in the evening results in constant buffering making the movie unwatchable. Purchase and download a movie and the download will take all day. Start the download in the morning and hopefully it will be finished by the time you get home from work. The only plus with NeWwest is that the provide service in my area at all and with no data limits. If I had another choice I would abandon Netwest in a hearbeat.
