From the moment I contacted them, the customer service has been exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to their team and the excellent ISP technicians for their outstanding support. First and foremost, the internet speeds are fantastic! With a 2ms ping and 940 Mbps up and 940 Mbps down, my online experience has been incredibly smooth and lag-free. Whether I'm streaming my favorite shows or working from home every day, I can count on Paxio to deliver unparalleled performance on DEDICATED fiber! All without throttling, data caps, or overage charges. But it's not just the speeds that have impressed me; it's also the exceptional customer service. The customer service representative I interacted with, was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure I had a seamless onboarding experience. She made the entire process hassle-free and enjoyable. In addition, ISP technicians deserve special recognition for their expertise and professionalism. They came to my home promptly for the installation (15 minutes early, actually!), and their technical skills were evident as they set up the equipment and ensured everything was working perfectly. They were friendly, and courteous, and took the time to explain the features of their service, leaving me feeling confident and satisfied with my choice of Paxio as my primary internet service provider. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Paxio. The service is top-notch, the unparalleled symmetrical speeds and exceptional customer support. I've had Paxio Internet service for over a year now, and couldn't be happier. The broadband speeds are consistent, their service is up non-stop (one downtime in over a year), and their customer service is swift in response and very courteous. The rates are decent, too. The building I live in gets a discount due to a bulk rate, so ask your building's HOA, should you live in one, if this is an option. Paxio even gave me a free boost to 1000mbps for several months due to the pandemic. They rock!
