We switched to PEAK Internet after having the same phone and Internet carrier for over 30 years. We have experienced great customer service. tech at the office has been amazing and has spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. Thank you for your great customer service. Starting with initial contact to inquire about available service, the sales rep was informative and professional. I then had the pleasure of speaking with the tech who set up installation and explained all I needed to know regarding Peak Internet service. On the installation date, the tech was professional and knowledgeable and installation was completed with no issues. I am completely satisfied with the internet service the Peak Internet is providing to me and hope to maintain a long satisfying business relationship.

A really good experience
I only have good things to say about this company. When we moved, I asked for internet company recommendations from local friends. Everyone said to check out Peak. I did so and was very impressed with their tech's knowledge and helpfulness. They went the extra mile to get our internet installed really quickly, even though I knew they were extremely busy. They arrived for the installation right on time, and quite efficiently set us up. We’ve had great streaming success from the start. I have no hesitation about recommending Peak Internet.

Fiber is amazing
We have the 400Mbps fiber and only pay $49.95/mo for it. Took a month or so to get installed due to the snow but now we love it. I always get about 500-700Mbps on a speed test.
Less than 1Mbps is normal
If I could award '0' stars for speed and value I would. I realize that when a company advertises 'up to' 20mbps, that this data set includes the near '0' data rate that we receive. However, a constant rate of 1 Mbps or less for $600/year is a joke. We have replaced our router trying to solve the problem, but I'm convinced that the data is just not making it to the house. It appears that Peak is cutting back on the bandwidth that they purchase.
