Unstable, unreliable internet
Cody on October 25, 2017
Unstable, unreliable rural internet. Cuts off randomly. I told customer service that I wasn't getting what I'm paying for, so they told me to lower my plan. That doesn't fix the issue. They are using LTE towers for rural internet now, and can't accommodate all of their customers because of bandwidth issues.
