Positive

Shelley Young on May 29, 2020

I like SpeedConnect, I use it successfully, my daughter in law has taught her students online from here using my internet service because they can not get reliable service in their area. I'd give them an 8.5 out of 10.

STOP!!

Alex on May 31, 2018

You will never NEVER get the speed they advertise, and even if you are only able to use the internet for 1 minute out of the month they expect payment in full. When you ask them about this they will tell you that they would rather lose customers than work with them. They are only available where there are no other options and that area is shrinking so hopefully soon this company will go under, but until then don't waste money on the hassle.

Need more speed

Joe Duvall on May 01, 2018

Need more speed for streaming. speed is up and down. Seems like when the kids get home from school it really slows down. I have contacted them to see if there are plans for 4G and am told not at this time. They do offer it now in other states.

Not great

Timothy Schiffke on November 26, 2016

It has a daily cap of 8 Gb per day. After the 8 Gb, you're lucky to be able to watch a show clearly if at all. Before the 8 Gb, it's pretty good but if you use it to stream TV, it goes by quick.
