Decent internet, horrible customer service
We've had this internet for 2 months. In that time, we've had pretty good speed until recently when our internet was out intermittently for 2 days. The customer service is terrible. Literally spent an hour on hold only to be told you have the wrong department. OR they say they will call you back and never do. We have had a billing issue and a connection issue in our first two months. Not very impressed.

It's nice when you call and you can always get through in a short time. Customer support is very informative and has its customer's needs in the forefront.
Reliable Internet, advertised speed is what you get
I have no complaints with Watch Communications other than the prices being too high. But what are you going to do when you live in a rural area and that's all that's available? I only have about 3 outages per year or so. I wish my tower was capable of faster speeds but unfortunately, not all towers are capable of performing at the max advertised speed of 25Mbps. I have to settle for one of their lower priced packages.
So far so good
The installers who put my service in did a great job. I have had no complaints, but could always use more speed.
