Internet at the end of the road....
Hey all, I just want to give CTC a "high five". We live on a rural road in May Township, only two homes on this road. CTC is our internet provider. I am writing to let everyone know the service we receive from CTC is phenomenal! Since the fiber optic was installed, I think we have only had to call for service once, and that was because the line went over a rock (under the ground) and not under the rock, which of course, caused the wire to be to close to the surface and it was cut by the rototiller. Even then CTC was there within hours to help us get our internet back up and running. There have been a few times when the "box" on the wall in the basement has been a problem, but then again CTC has been right there to fix it for us, and the internet is back up within minutes. Thanks, CTC for all you do for rural Minnesota.
