Tech came to our home today to restore my internet service. The job ended up being much larger and more complicated than anticipated. He exemplifies "service with a smile". He was very gracious, professional, and efficient act solving a large problem. Thank you for employing such a fine young man.

We just recently selected Infowest as our internet provider. Their rates were competitive, the installation was on time and went smoothly, and their internet signal to our antenna is strong and reliable. When we discovered we had an internal wiring issue, one of their installer all-stars came out (promptly) and made some smart changes that made a big difference. Love this company!
