Renewed
Jeffrey S Keyes on July 05, 2018
Wow I have been having the worst reception of internet service this July, so I tracked the ping and kb test for a month avg 2.4 as low and 5.7 for a high and paying for the gold ten packet, they are helpful in fixing the problem as long as you call every day, imagine the burden, however after a month of this they wont even offer a credit now that's a cheap company, so all in all good to great customer service other than billing and bad to sad internet service considering options now as of today July 6th 2018
Good for browsing and streaming shows but not good for pc gaming
Anthony on June 09, 2018
I can watch Netflix, search the web etc... all pretty good. I am a PC gamer and play MMO's and the ping rate really hurts online gaming. For my area though they are the best. At least I can log in and mess around once in a while. Their service really depends on your location from their towers. If you have a straight shot with nothing in the way of the tower, the internet would be top notch. I am just not one of the lucky ones.
