Slow, expensive and drops out every 10 minutes
Drew Van Ess on June 10, 2018
For $200 a month from total highspeed you get 10 Mbps. I have had total highspeed for over 1 whole year and have suffered outages and frequent dropouts the whole time. The customer service is great, but they were never able to fix the dropouts. It also has random times where it gets very slow like 1 Mbps or less and restarting the modem doesn't help. It is very frustrating to try and do anything with internet that drops out every 10 minutes.
