Great service
The service is great but speed is not good for the lake area. Price is good and in line with the service.
The fastest we could get. We thought.
Out in the country, you don't have much choice. It's fixed wireless or satellite. Satellite has too much latency for us so we went with West Central over the other provider, Bee Creek because West Central offered a 6 Mbps plan vs Bee Creek's 5 Mbps. Well, I hate to say it but I have never seen 6 Mbps on a speed test since we got the service except for at 3 am. West Central's network seems to be heavily oversold. In peak times, we are lucky to get 2 Mbps at the most. I would not recommend this service, but in some cases, like ours, it is the only option vs. dial up or satellite.
