Since my last review in 2019, my service has increased greatly, downtime has only been as a result of bad weather storms occurring, and who can control the weather? When I did need to contact tech support I always got someone who knew exactly what the problem was and they got me back online in no time. Blue Ridge Cable TV is a smaller provider, but can now run with the big boys if not beat them!
Good, but should be better!
I often lose my connection and have to reset my modem. The price I pay for 30Gb is high in my opinion. ($118) a month. Phone and internet bundle is what I have and after one year it went from $70 to $118. BRCTV and DSL are the only available internet providers unless you go for the even more costly satellite internet. Competition needs to be allowed to help lower the cost.
Customer reviews are an essential part of our mission to make choosing a broadband provider easy.
Our review policy is simple: be helpful, be relevant, and be specific. When writing your review, please support your rating with specific, detailed reasoning.
Before publishing, we closely cross-examine reviews for red flags associated with biased sources. Reviews featuring irrelevant statements or all-caps “rants” are removed, since they are not helpful to consumers looking for fact-based insights.
