Great Service and Support
Been a customer for several years. The company works hard for their customers. Doesn't matter if it's a weekday or weekend. Hoping to get their fiber service in my area - but for now, my 100M over DSL is enough to get the job done. Only had 2 issues over the past 3 years. More reliable than my electric service for sure.
Extremely Reliable and Dependable
I’ve had Cross service for the past 5 years or more. My DSL service was always great and rarely had any issue. Recently Cross has installed fiber to my homes and it’s great. Service technicians are fast, prompt and courteous. Price is economical and affordable but the service is great.
Great Service & Reliability
I've had the service for several years. Rarely do I have an issue, and the speeds in my area (DSL) support my TV service, Internet, and streaming.
Outstanding
I've had Cross now for as long as they've provided Internet service in the Stigler area. They by far provide the most reliable service and my speeds are phenomenal. In the past 5 years, I can only recall 1 trouble/outage and they were onsite the same day.
