Good and bad
We've had Long Lines for a few months now. It has been reliable and is working well. The only downside, which I feel is significant is their billing system. After our first paper bill, I went online and set us up with paperless billing as I have with our utilities. Every month I get an email from the utilities telling my bill is due. Not so with Long Lines. They don't send you an email or anything, so after a couple months of not seeing a bill I called to ask what was up and learned what was up. In part my fault for not getting online and checking, but also seems like a sneaky way to get more money out of you. They were nice enough to knock $20 off my bill though.
