The customer service at Sky Fiber internet is by far the best I have ever experienced, they are always on top of things and when there is an issue they are quick to respond and get me back up and running. Though it is a little more expensive than the competitors, the reliability of the service is excellent and I always get my promised speeds. Thank You to the crew at Sky Fiber Internet!

They brought Fiber Optics in when everyone else said it was not possible. No Construction cost either!
Great Service

We've had a SkyFiber connection for a good amount of time, and I chose to keep it over the backup connection that had a faster downstream when the higher ups made me come to that decision... I really like Skyfiber's ability to treat their customers well, that means a lot. There have been a few issues and upgrades that needed to take place before things were running solid, but it's Fixed Wireless after all... But even with the few issues, I would still choose SkyFiber over the others simply based on customer service. Their connection is great when it is working as it should, which I've actually been pretty surprised to see it be about 95% of the time. The only thing with fixed wireless is that sometimes there are connection drop-outs... Not sure that can really be entirely avoided, but we run VoIP and tons of data through our 50/50 meg connection, and it runs fantastic most of the time.
