Reliable. A five-year customer with no complaints. Always on, never congested. Never throttled via DNS. No dropped packets. Other than the somewhat lower speeds and slightly higher price, perfect. I'd like it if they offered video subscriptions.
Solid service if you can't get a wired connection
I have the 6 Mbps plan. Faster is available for a higher price. It's always been reliable, no down times in the over three years I've been using their service. 24 hr tech support if needed. Static IP address too. $50/mo. is not the cheapest available but my building owner refuses to connect us to cable service so it's Unwired or AT&T. Easy choice there. I gave 4 stars for the speed because I think 10 Mbps is more reasonable for the price, which brings the value to 4 stars too. But 6 Mbps has only *rarely* not been sufficient (i.e. streaming HD video). But, they are a local company and have been flawless with service, so I'm rewarding them for that by staying with them.
