Hyper Fusion

I've been using HyperFusion since 2018. Started with their LoS service, then became one of the first in the area to get their fiber. Since being set up with fiber, any outages are either planned service outages or major incidents that affect all ISPs (i.e. power outages, cut lines). I’ve been with HFT for more than 4 years and have been able to watch this ISP grow into the most wanted internet out here in the Hill Country and beyond. Before I found Hyper Fusion, I tried a few other internet providers and they were letdowns in every way. Then I found HFT and haven’t had to look for another since. Over the past four years, they went from taking over a poorly managed ISP to building a community within its subscribers while helping the community with outreach programs. Like any internet provider, downtimes do happen, but HFT handles its customer care like no one else; direct and instant chat with customer support and other customers in your area. They are top-class when it comes to technical support and just basic information about the current state of the network. Within their customer service chat room, there is a community with all other subscribers in your area and all HFT customers. No other internet producer ever came close to the stability and support when needed. If you are contemplating signing up, just do it if you are able. Sometimes a little patience is needed when unforeseen circumstances arise but they always show up and deliver. That’s why Hyper Fusion Technology is the best internet in the Hill country, hands down.

I live west of Burnet in an area where high-speed Internet options are very limited. I had several of Hyper Fusion's competitors come to my house and none of them could get any signal. Hyper Fusion is giving me 90Mbps and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Hyper Fusion!

So, in my little pocket of Kempner, the only way to get internet was Cellular Hotspot or Satellite, both of which barely worked at all due to being in a dead (or nearly so) zone. Hyper Fusion was a godsend to myself and my husband, us both being gamers. Dealing with spotty internet doesn't help when you're in a raid. Suddenly losing internet means you get kicked! Well, HFT showed up, got me set up with their LoS satellite (a tower was right there near us!), and we rarely lost net. Now, we have FIBER! Yes, fiber. Other ISP stopped laying lines 2k feet from us and said they wouldn't lay that extra 2k foot even if we paid extra (this was right before we found HFT). Now 2 1/2 years later, still haven't extended out that 2k feet, and we have fiber thru HFT already! The only time signal really drops is if a tower goes down (all ISPs can have this happen), or our router decides to goof up (not HFT's fault there!). Being a startup company with few employees, they do a bang-up job of staying on top of things! Having worked in Computer Networking for a living, I often find myself amazed they keep up with the load so well! Great service, great customer relations, happy we found them!

I have been with Hyper Fusion since the beginning... so about 3 years now. They are a small company that is growing quickly. They have some issues that a small growing company has, such as limited staff, so I've come to expect longer setups, repairs, and responses. But hands down, they are the best provider that I can get. I can deal with the small issues that come with a new company because they really try and I believe they are here to help our community get internet where it wasn't possible before. I live way out in the middle of nowhere, with no internet other than satellite which would get me less than 5mbps. Hyper Fusion delivers me 75mbps. That speed in my remote area is unobtainable with current competitors, and that should speak for itself.

Hyper Fusion has some of the best services around. I consistently stay over 100 Mbps on the down, and 30 Mbps on the up on my plan, and it almost never goes out. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I've been conducting business with Hyper Fusion for over a year and despite being a small start-up company, they've put a huge effort into getting my service in the Kempner area up & running. Their tech team has been honest in all their dealings with me and went the extra mile to complete what turned into a difficult installation at my home.

We were one of the first people that signed up for Hyper Fusion in 2007. There were a lot of bumps and some frustrating times with the service. But now our service has been flawless for quite a while. We are running 3 phones and 2 Roku and we couldn't be happier. As I said, we are happy with our Hyper Fusion!

By far and away the best internet company in rural Burnet county. I have their service out in Kingsland and I pull 110 Mbps download speeds no matter if its heavy use or not! Highly recommend them.
