Nice when it works

Randy on July 22, 2016

Pros: They deliver on advertised speeds. Cons: Customer Service is horrible. If you have a problem on the weekend you have to wait until office hours Monday. Reliability is 50/50 don't bother if you're trying to work from home. Value is Low and not worth it. Summary: Though Access Cable has friendly staff, Access Cable is too unreliable to even consider using them for a work from home service. This applies to their cable TV as well of course. When it goes, all of it does.
