Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Grass Valley

Works for me

Have had for about a year with only occasional outages (2-3). Most are resolved by unplugging and plugging back in. Because it is a line of site technology can have some difficulty in stormy, snowy or smokey conditions. Customer service has been good overall...friendly and helpful. Speed is as advertised. Overall satisfied.

Sonic has your back

Sonic is an awesome provider that treats customers right. Their support is top-notch, they believe in privacy and consumer rights. Unfortunately they don't offer their fiber in my location, so I have purchased DSL through Sonic. As such, the line is owned by AT&T and subject to their quality standards. I occasionally have issues with it, but Sonic does everything they can to get the issues resolved. If Sonic had their fiber offerings in my area, I'd go with them in a heartbeat.
