Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in California

Atlantic Broadband Review
Bad service all the way around. Slow customer service responses via chat, phone, and/or email. Their pricing is WAY out of whack with national averages. They have a monopoly and their behavior and pricing reflect that. Will leave them as soon as an alternative is available.

Not worth it.
Everything works fine. They don't provide discounts for being with them for a period of time. They want to charge more and recently I have lost some channels that I watch religiously and from the looks of things will not be getting back any time soon. Now there are lots of breaks in service and the DVR isn't keeping everything it's set to record. And the internet is only good for a TV and 1-2 phones. Very slow to download.
