Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Midland

Excellent customer service at the Saginaw branch

Charter rep took great care of me and my friend who also has Charter Service. She even made recommendations base on the existing equipment we have for possible upgrades due to the age of the units. Thanks Charter and the awesome personal service.

Technician from Bay City office was wonderful!

Kenneth Tester II, Tech 2518 from the Bay City office, came out to help me work through the issue with getting my phone and internet hooked up and running at my new apartment. Ken answered all of my questions and was able to work off the lines available and before long he had my phone working and my internet up and running. For an 87 year old man, that made my day! What a nice young man!

STOP!!

You will never NEVER get the speed they advertise, and even if you are only able to use the internet for 1 minute out of the month they expect payment in full. When you ask them about this they will tell you that they would rather lose customers than work with them. They are only available where there are no other options and that area is shrinking so hopefully soon this company will go under, but until then don't waste money on the hassle.
