Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in New York

CenturyLink Internet with Price for Life

I am a user of CenturyLink Internet and their Internet is the best in the industry. Also, with a cheap bundle, I got a free modem/router. They offer speeds that suit your home needs from 20 Mbps to 940 Mbps.

Best Fiber internet

The best fiber internet out there. Great customer service and speeds, most reliable internet.

verizon fios 200/200 is false

you never get 200/200 even on speed testing website. you get 50-120 max. Furthermore, many regular websites have very slow download speeds to a crawl (compared to other networks, it's not the website fault) the major websites like netflix have decent speeds. i don't know if they are applying the fast lane/ slow lane they have campaigned so much for with their intrument ajit pai. this isn't meant to be political. it's just the truth

Best business fiber

More reliable, faster and quicker install/maintenance than major providers.

Great speeds

Speeds are great ever since we switched to Verizon FiOS, we pay for 200 Mbps up and down and get 330Mbps up and down, speeds are consistent and never slow down, customer service is also good. I would recommend Verizon.

Tried 3 ISPs - Stealth is the best Commercial ISP in NYC: 10/10 in reliability, infrastructure, speed & responsiveness.

We are a customer of four years. I had another provider prior in two locations. Stealth is leaps and bounds superior to the alternative ISPs in every way. From transparency to contractual agreements to pricing to the actual service (we ping 1 ms and top out at our dedicated 1 GB circuit as promised. Have had 1-2 downtime in four years (all with advance notice.) The infrastructure is top notch, and the pricing/terms were the best we saw. Hands down the best IT decision and vendor selection we have made when deciding which vendor to go with. We had a year-long quoting process with another ISP that came in with insane contract terms and wouldn't budge, yet another didn't bother to reply with a formal quote after a month of outreach. It's a real mess in New York City - a lot of traps with insane contract terms (3-5 year) and cancellation fees if you do not submit your decision to not renew within a certain period all buried in fine print. This is not the case with Stealth. Try going through the quote process with other vendors - that alone will highlight how poor the competitors are. Stealth is light-years ahead in customer service and the robustness of their network infrastructure. Highly recommend Stealth.

Everything I thought it would be. I've had it for 3 years. Never had an issue with reliability or customer service. Highly recommend it.
