Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Fremont

Fine when it works. Poor customer service.

When the connection is working, the download speed is fine. Upload is terribly slow but that's not unusual. Good luck if the connection goes down. They are only open 10-4. They don't answer the phone. The mail boxes are always full. Had the service for over two years now. Goes down often enough to be a nuisance. If it happens on the weekends don't expect any resolution until sometime later on Monday. Wish there was an alternative for the areas outside the town.
