Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Syosset
Not so reliable
Had Optimum after a year, and of course, after the promotional time is over it starts to fall apart and you cannot change it. Internet starts lagging and getting disconnected very often. Customer service does what they can, but the service is just bad. Download speed is fine when it works, but upload speed is considerably lower than the download.
