Aurora — part of the Denver metro area and located east of the city — has a decent selection of internet providers. However, there are two ISPs that offer sizable coverage and fast speeds: Xfinity, which offers cable internet, and Quantum Fiber are your two choices.

In terms of who offers the most coverage, Xfinity covers 99.9% of Aurora. You’ll be covered whether you’re in North Aurora by the Denver International Airport or down south near Centennial. Even if you live up near Commerce City by Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, you can still count on Xfinity to deliver a fast, stable wired internet connection.

While Aurora doesn’t lack cable internet, fiber internet is harder to come by. Quantum Fiber’s coverage is spread throughout the city; it has a large concentration of fiber coverage in North Aurora along East Colfax. So, if you live on the northern side of town near the border with Denver, you’ll have access to the fastest internet provider in the city. Other areas with notable coverage are to the east near the airport and in the Expo Park neighborhood. Beyond that, coverage is splotchy — often targeting single blocks of the city.

Other providers worth mentioning are Ting and CenturyLink. The former is extremely limited in the city; so, unless you live in the rare areas where it offers coverage, you’re better off with the other providers.

CenturyLink offers DSL internet in the city, specifically 58.5%. It has a strong coverage area in Centretech.
