Data Caps in Wittenberg
Data collected by our market researchers suggests that some of the top providers in the area use data caps for their home broadband plans. Data caps are a public issue because consumers view caps as a tactic for limiting streaming services. Providers maintain that caps are a reasonable strategy as they struggle to manage network traffic. Either way, the issue is the same: streaming services, which easily uses anywhere from one to seven Gigabytes/hour.

Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Wittenberg
Great staff - Reliable and fast connection but not so great
The customer service is outstanding! Very personable and caring staff. I had to upgrade to 30Mbps due to working from home. I live right in Wittenberg and still have DSL as my side of town has not been upgraded, therefore whenever I have to complete a speed test for work, I am never at the speed I am supposed to be at. For the amount of money we pay each month for the internet alone (98.70), I would think our speed would be better. This is why I ranked the reliability so low.
