We signed up for a new tier, 20 Mbps for $20. Speed is often 19 Mbps. We use our own modem (NetGear CM500) and save money on modem rental. Customer Service was helpful and the installation was smooth.

Good speed and reliable.

Phone and Internet good. No complaints. The cable TV service is the worst I have ever experienced.

For at least 8 months we've paid for 200 Mbps high speed internet at over $100 a month. What we actually receive is internet that hardly ever works, in extremely slow 1-20 Mbps, never more than 50 Mbps and we've called and complained and have tried to get it fixed at least 20 times. Now it's less than 1 Mbps and they just told us they can't send someone out for two weeks.

I was very excited to finally get WiFi and when we did it worked alright for a couple of weeks and then plummeted. We pay the highest one and I still have to wait days for something to download on my system. On top of that every time a bill hits the price slowly increases I wouldn't recommend this internet provider to anyone.

I have had Zito Media for the past 2+ years and it has been nothing but problems from the start. It has been the only option for decent Internet or I would have switched before now. Service is very very poor, the installation job is very poor, and the pricing is ridiculous considering their service and their workmanship. Just waiting for another company to come out my way. That day Zito will definitely loose a customer...

In complete honesty the service worked about 15% of the time. I continue to pay almost $100 per month for about a year after I finally contacted a different service. I continue to pay for this bad service because some Internet some of the time was better than no Internet none of the time. Palestine, Texas has very few options for Internet service which makes me sad. When you live in a small town, your connection to the rest of the world is through the Internet. When the companies that are offering Internet service do not follow through and deliver reliable service… It is extremely disappointing. From my experiences in Palestine, I have noticed that this company is particularly bad. The customer service agents regularly deny that there is a lack of service despite the fact that no one can connect on any device to the wireless router or even wired through ethernet. I am confused as to why Zito is not more concerned about their customer base. There are some people who do get good service. However, the vast majority of people that I have spoken to gets very little service. Again, it works about 15% of the time. This is not an exaggeration… The service is really that bad. I wish that they could get their act together… But I will likely move to a larger city where I can get reliable service as I need it for my job.

Great Speeds, good availability, friendly customer service, very good rates. I moved from the suburban area and my speed increased and prices dropped.

I pay $61 a month for 60 Mbps and when I test on Xbox One, I get anywhere from 6 to 19 Mbps. The best I have ever seen it was 40 Mbps. The reason I use them is because I just moved here and couldn't find any other place worth it.
